CREOLE CHICKEN

serves 6

6 chicken breast, skinless
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2- [8oz.] cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbs. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in skillet, add peppers and onions.
Simmer on low heat until done. Add tomato sauce,worcestershire sauce, garlic,sugar, salt
and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes, add mushrooms,
tomatoes and wine. Layer chicken breast in
baking dish, pour sauce over chicken. Bake in
oven at 375 degrees 45-60 minutes or until done. Serve with white rice.
