TAMALE DIP

serves 6

10 tamales
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 heavy cream
1 tbs. cilantro
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
butter

Melt butter and saute onions, Mash tamales and combine all ingredients in bowl. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
