VEAL HAMBURGERS

serves 6

2 lbs. ground veal
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
6 slices cheese
6 hamburger buns
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl, combine veal,egg,garlic,paprika,
bread crumbs,worcestershire,salt and pepper.
Mix well and shape into 6 patties. Grill or
fry until done. Add to hamburger bun and top
with cheese.
