TURKEY TACOS

serves 4

Ingredients:
½ lb. ground turkey
½ cup chopped white onion
1 small can pinto beans, mashed
2/3 cup salsa
8 taco shells
1 chopped tomato
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 chopped avocado
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Instructions:
In large skillet, combine turkey, Worcestershire and onions. Cook until is done. Drain off fat, and return to skillet. Drain beans and rinse; mash beans and add to turkey. Stir in half of salsa. Heat until hot. Divide into taco shells. Serve with avocado, tomato and cheese.
