TACO SOUP # 2

serves 8

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 [14oz. can pinto beans
1 [ 14oz.] can black beans
1 [14oz.] can hominy
1 [4oz.]can green chilies
2 [14oz.] cans chopped tomatoes
1 [14oz.] can beef broth
1 cup water
1 pkg. taco season
1 pkg ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown turkey with worcestershire sauce. Drain off fat. In soup pot combine all
ingredients, except cheese. Bring to boil and
simmer om low heat 30-40 minutes. Spoon into
bowls and top with cheese.
