MORNING SPINACH QUICHE

serves 6

1- pie crust, unbaked
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup frozen cream spinach, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup milk
2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine eggs, spinach, onions, tomatoes, milk,
worcestershire sauce,salt and pepper mix well, pour into pie crust. Top with cheese and bake in oven at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
