1 cup long-grain rice
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery
2 cups cooked chopped chicken livers
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 cups water
2 tbs. butter
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In sauce pan bring water to boil; add rice, salt,pepper and worcestershire sauce. Cook until rice is done and water is gone. In skillet melt butter; add onions and celery.
Combine all ingredients with rice.transfer to
baking dish. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
