ZUCCHINI AND CORN SALSA

makes 6 cups

1 cup frozen corn
1 medium zucchini, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
3 tbs. lime juice
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. basil
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

Grate zucchini. Combine all ingredients in
bowl. Toss to coat. Store in jars,refrigerate.
