CHICKEN SALAD WITH CRANBERRIES

serves 4

2 skinless,boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In water boil chicken with worcestershire sauce
about 10-15 minutes, until chicken is not pink.
Remove chicken from water and cut into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients in medium
bowl,toss to mix.
