WAYNE’S SALSA

1-28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2-3 fresh garlic cloves,minced
1/2 cup onions,diced
5-6 jalapenos, roasted, do not burn
1/4 tsp. comino seeds
2 tbs. cilantro, minced
2 tbs. oil
2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and 1/2 of cilantro in oil until soft.In food processor add the remaining
ingredients. Pulse until blended. Combine with
onions and simmer on low heat 30-45 minutes.
Store in jar.
