CHICKEN SALAD HAWAIIAN STYLE

serves 4

6 chicken tenders, cooked in water
2 cups cooked long grain & wild rice
1/2 cup chopped white onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise or more
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small orange, cut in chunks
4 slices pineapple, cut in chunks
4 tbs pineapple juice
2 tsp. curry pepper
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl combine chicken and rice, mix
well. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
