STUFFED TOMATOES

serves 4

4 large tomatoes
4 oz. cream cheese
4 tbs. cooked spinach,drained
1 tbs. lemon juice
2 dashes Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
cilantro

Cut off top of tomatoes. Spoon out pulp. Drain
tomatoes on paper towel. Combine the remaining
ingredients in bowl. Spoon into tomato and top
with cilantro.
