CRAB SALAD

serves 4

8 oz. crab meat
2 cups cooked long grain and wild rice
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 cup Italian dressing or more
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce leaves

Combine Italian dressing,worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper in small bowl. In large bowl
combine the remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over crab and rice, mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves.
