PORK STEW

serves 6

3 lbs. pork, cut into cubes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup frozen green beans
2 tbs canola oil
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 cup red wine
4 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown pork in oil. Combine the
remaning ingredients in soup pot, add pork
and simmer on low heat 1-2 hours or until done.
