LAMB STEW

serves 8

3 lbs. lamb, cut into cubes
8 oz. frozen green beans
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large soup pot, combine broth,water, lamb,
worcestershire sauce,garlic,oregano,salt and
pepper. Bring to boil, simmer on low heat until
lamb is done about 30-45 minutes. Add the
remaining ingredients, simmer until vegetables
are done about 10-15 minutes.
