TANGY BEEF SALAD

serves 6

2 lb. ground round beef
1/4 cup chopped white onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp. red chili
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tbs. cilantro
sour cream
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce leaves

In skillet brown beef, lime juice,garlic,basil,
oregano,red chili,worcestershire,salt and pepper. Drain off fat. Add onions
and cilantro. Mix well. Simmer on low heat
3-5 minutes. Arrange lettuce leaves on plate
and cover with beef. Top with sour cream.
