EASY CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE

serves 6

4 boneless,chicken breast,cut into cubes
1/2 cup wild and long grain rice
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped green onion
6 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In sauce pan combine broth, chicken, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Bring to boil,simmer on low heat until chicken is done. Add garlic,tomatoes,onion and rice. Simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes. Serve in bowl and top with cheese.
