EASY BEEF STEW

serves 6

1 lb. round steak, cut into cubes
1 cup chopped white onion
2 cups frozen green beans
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
2 cups water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large soup pot combine broth, water, beef
and worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil. Simmer
on low heat until beef is done. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat
until vegetables are done. Great over rice
and top with cheese.
