BROCCOLI DIP WITH HORSERADISH

makes 2 cups

2 cups cooked broccoli
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 tbs. canola oil
3 tbs shredded swiss cheese
1 tbs. horseradish
2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Cook onions and celery in oil. Combine broccoli, cheese,celery,onions,horseradish,
Worcestershire, salt and pepper in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl
and add tomatoes. Chill 2 hours. Serve with
chips or crackers.
