TURKEY SOUP

serves 8

2 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
3/4 cup white rice
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced mushrooms
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup sliced carrots
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In soup pot bring broth to boil. Add the
remaining ingredients to broth except cheese. Simmer on low heat 30-40 minutes or until rice is done. Serve in bowls and top with cheese.
