BROWSE THE COLGIN COOKBOOK

GREEK PATE

makes 1 cup

1/4 lb. pitted greek olives
4 oz. melted butter
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp. chopped parsley
2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Put olives in food chopper. Add the remaining
ingredients and blend into paste. Chill 1 hour.
Serve on crackers or rye bread.
