PEA SOUP

serves 8

16 oz. split peas
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
5-6 cups water
1/2 tsp. basil
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Bring
to boil; simmer on low heat 40-60 minutes.
Serve in bowls and top with cheese.
