SPINACH MACARONI SOUP

serves 4

6 oz. frozen cream spinach
1/4 cup macaroni
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large sauce pan combine broth,water,salt,
pepper and Worcestershire sauce to boil.
Add macaroni to broth. Simmer on low heat 5-10
minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and
simmer 2-5 minutes.
