CABBAGE AND WHITE BEAN STEW

serves 10

1 can white beans,drained
4 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups sliced white potatoes
2 cups chopped tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large soup pot combine all ingredients.
Simmer on low heat 40-60 minutes or until
cabbage and potatoes are done. If needed add
more broth or water. This is great with
corn bread.
