ARTICHOKE SOUP

serves 6

2 [13oz.] can artichoke hearts,drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2-3 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup sherry
salt and pepper to taste

Puree artichoke heart in blender with 1 cup
chicken stock. Combine all ingredients in
sauce pan; simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
