FIVE BEAN SALAD

Number of Servings: serves 6

Ingredients:
1 cup black beans
1 cup chick peas
1 cup pinto beans
1 cup white beans
1 cup lima beans
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon basil

Instructions:
In bowl combine vinegar, Worcestershire, cumin, basil, salt and pepper. Whisk together. Add the remaining ingredients to bowl and toss to coat. Chill 2 hours.
