BLACK BEAN SOUP

Number of Servings: serves 4

Ingredients:
½ lb. Italian sausage
1 can (15 oz.) black beans
½ cup penne pasta
1 small red pepper, diced
½ cup Monterrey Jack cheese
½ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
8 oz. beef broth
salt and pepper to taste
butter

Instructions:
Slice sausages into ½ inch slices, brown in skillet until done. In saucepan combine broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, pasta and beans. Add sausage to soup. Melt butter and saute peppers about 3-4 minutes; add to soup and simmer on low heat until pasta is done. Ladle into bowls and top with cheese.
