ITALIAN MINESTRONE

Number of Servings: serves 8

Ingredients:
6 cups beef broth
8 oz. green beans, cut
3 carrots, diced
2 cups chopped tomatoes
½ cup chopped white onion
8 oz. frozen green peas
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped potato
2 tbs. cilantro
1 and ½ teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In large saucepan, add broth, potatoes, carrots, onions, basil, garlic, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, add cabbage, simmer 1 hour on low heat. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 15-20 minutes more.
