CHINESE ASPARAGUS SALAD

Number of Servings: serves 8

Ingredients:
2 lb. fresh asparagus
¼ cup soy sauce
½ teaspoon splenda
½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 drops COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cut spears diagonally in 1and ½ inch lengths. Cook asparagus in boiling water 1-3 minutes; drain. Add asparagus to ice water for 20-30 minutes; drain. Combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, splenda, salt and pepper together. Add asparagus to bowl and pour over sauce; toss to blend.
