Ingredients: 4 (4oz.) rib eye steaks trimmed 1/2 cup minced parsley 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE 2 tablespoon white peppercorns, crushed 1 tablespoon black peppercorn, crushed 2 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
Instructions: Combine parsley, shallot garlic, liquid smoke, and peppercorns; rub mixture on both sides of steaks, refrigerate 1 hour. Grill or broil steaks to desired doneness.
